IP & Pizza™ VC 101: A Primer on Venture Capital

Open to: Cornell students, faculty, and staff, and anyone interested in learning about IP in regards to venture capital.

Attendees learned how to increase the probability of their startup getting funded.

CTL professionals and Louis Berneman, founding partner of Osage University Partners (OUP), discussed VC basics and intellectual property (IP) concerns.

Osage University Partners is a venture capital firm that specializes in university spinouts. Osage has partnered with 65+ universities and research institutions to invest in innovative startups.

Pizza, salad, and drinks were served.
