February 24, 2009 - 11:00am - 12:00pm

Weill Greenberg Center, 1305 York Ave, Rooms A & B

The Alexandria Center for Science and Technology at East River Science Park is being built along Manhattan's East Side Medical Corridor and will be ready for occupancy in 2010.  Whether you are an entrepreneur thinking about where to locate your next venture, or just interested in technology-based economic development, come hear about the plans for East River Science Park.

Alexandria has helped to develop clusters in the original bioscience havens of San Francisco, CA, and Cambridge, MA and in new clusters like Seattle, San Diego, and Research Triangle Park, NC.  Joel Marcus (Chairman & CEO), Sarah Kauss, and Daniel Haimovic from Alexandria will be speaking about their state-of-the-art R&D campus and the community of science, capital, and entrepreneurship they are helping to expand in New York.
